Luxury, Performance and stunning good looks…Not many performance car makers can match the quality with which the Maserati combines all three. The Maserati Ghibli pitched squarely against the Ferrari Daytona and the Lamborghini Miura, it out sold both convincingly. It was considered to have the perfect pedigree and a flawless Ghia design.
At the same time, it was an uncompromised supercar and a continent eating grand tourer with 24 karat panache. Muscular and perhaps even menacing but never overbearingly macho, the beautiful Maserati catered to the tastes of the mature super rich.
All maseratis exude dramatic styling that is extravagant and sublime at the same time. The exclusion of finicky details allows them to age well. Clean simple details are then worn modestly like fine expensive jewellery.
